Project: Diabetes Technology Society Website
I completed a website design update for the nonprofit Diabetes Technology Society.
Previously, the meetings they organize were spread over several URLs, with a central hub of links. I designed a solution that places all of their meetings, activities, and publications under one URL, easily accessible from any page. I also updated the look of their information pages so that people who are new to what they do will find it easy to learn more. The website embraces the 'flat design' trend in order to look new and sleek.
Wireframes were done in Balsamiq. UI mock-ups were done in Photoshop.

Project: New Pinterest Feature
In summer 2015, I took a class on UI/UX at UC Berkeley Extension. This is some of my work analyzing the design of Pinterest. This includes task flow, wireframes, storyboards, and a heuristic analysis, to create a hypothetical drag & drop sort feature for pins on a Pinterest board. Click on each image to see it larger.
